All of our unfurnished apartments require a minimum one year lease. We will allow pets in designated pet friendly apartments only. Not all units are considered pet friendly and we do have some restrictions on the type of pet. Acceptance is on an individual basis with consideration given to the type of pet‚ its’ age‚ breed and the tenants work/home life. Please contact us for more information.
